Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you via email.

We ship worldwide! Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Please note that due to the nature of drop shipping, your items may be shipped separately if you order multiple products.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s website.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

WWW.BALLERVR.COM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Delays:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs processing times or postal delays.
In the event of significant delays, we will do our best to keep you informed via email.

Cancellations and Refunds:

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund minus a processing fee of 4% + $0.30.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
